tourism U Frusteru offers 10 mini villas in grouped
environment (by 5 mini-villas) and 4 apartments in the
ground floor of a villa.
It is nested in the scrubland in 10 minutes on foot from the
town center and in 1500 metres from the beaches (a car is
deeply advised). |

Reservation : a deposit of 30 % of the rental amount has
to be settled to the owner. A confirmation of the reservation
will be sending on receipt of the paid deposit.
To pay on arrival:
The remaining rental price.
Guarantee : 230 € (returned within the next 8 days if you
leave the residence before 7:30 AM).
Tourist tax : 0, 50 € /day / person.
Final cleaning (compulsory): 40 €
Services :
Linen rental (change every week).
-Sheets for single bed (90 cm): 6 per a week.
-Sheets for double bed (140 cm): 10 per a week.
-Towels: 6, 50 € per a week and per person.
Baby’s bed on booking and according to availability.
At your disposal: iron and ironing board.
A car is advised.
For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted.
