Booking Conditions

The reservation process entails adherence to these General Conditions of Sale and complete and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount, for a flexible rate, and of the total amount of the stay for a non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-modifiable rate.

1 – Reservation and cancellation conditions non-refundable rate:

Non-cancellable and non-refundable reservations are paid in full upon reservation. Prepayment is required by credit card. Once the reservation is made, there is no possibility of modification or cancellation. No refund is possible, even in the event of no-show (No Show).

2 – Flexible rate reservation and cancellation conditions:

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required when booking. If the reservation is made less than 20 days before the arrival date, the full prepayment will be requested. Payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site when the keys are handed over.

The modification of a reservation is only firm and definitive after our written confirmation. Cancellation of a reservation is only effective after our written confirmation.

Requests for modifications may result, where applicable, in the application of cancellation conditions.

Here is the cancellation fee regime:

- 30 days prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be reimbursed minus the admin. charge of 50€.

- Between 30 days and 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is retained by us.

- Between 20 days or no-show on arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay must be made.

Any interrupted or shortened stay, for whatever reason (including force majeure), will not give rise to any refund.

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Consult your insurance company or your credit card contract.

3 - Payment of the balance / Tariffs:

Our rates are based on a certain number of nights and not days. They are inclusive of all taxes and charges (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, use of the heated swimming pool, WIFI, access to parking). They do not include: tourist tax, obligatory end-of-stay cleaning (when applicable), the deposit, payable on site, upon handing over the keys, as well as any additional services.

Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank check, bank transfer, holiday vouchers (up to 30% of the price of the stay) or cash.

4 – Arrivals and departures hours :

Arrivals are mainly from 4:00 p.m. Departures must be made at/before 9:30 a.m. for weekday stays and at/before 11:00 a.m. for overnight stays. 

If, due to a major impediment, you cannot arrive before 8:00 p.m., it is essential to notify the reception, at least 24 hours before, who will then arrange directly with you so that you can find the keys to your accommodation at your arrival. A failure to hand over the keys in the event of arrival after 8:00 p.m. can in no way be attributed to the Residence and will not give rise to any compensation.

5 - Security deposit :

A deposit will be required on the day of arrival, by pre-authorization of a bank card (€500 for weekly stays; the amount of one night for overnight stays).

The accommodation is available to you in a perfect state of maintenance. A check of the rented premises is carried out on each departure during cleaning of the accommodation. Please inform us of any anomaly noted within 24 hours of your arrival. After this period, you will be held responsible. Furniture, objects or other items which, upon your departure, are missing, broken, or damaged, for a cause other than normal wear and tear, will be invoiced after notifying you and justifying the necessary amounts.

The premises must be left in a suitable state of cleanliness. Failing this, a lump sum of €100 will be withheld from the deposit.

The deposit will be canceled within 48 hours after your departure, possible deduction after any replaced items and additional cleaning noted during cleaning of the accommodation, as well as unpaid additional costs (tokens for laundry, etc.).

If your deposit proves insufficient to cover the damage caused, you undertake to complete the amount.

6 - Responsibility :

In accordance with current legislation, rental in a Tourist Residence is not part of the responsibility of hoteliers. Consequently, we cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to your personal effects in our residence (accommodation, parking, common premises). We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for forgetting personal effects inside your accommodation when leaving the premises.

For the security of your valuable belongings, a safe is available in all rooms.

Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parents. The residence declines all responsibility for accidents that may occur to children, particularly in the swimming pool.

We cannot be held responsible for any nuisances specific to the city (works, water or electricity cuts, etc.) which would disrupt your stay.

In the event of events beyond our control, or for security or maintenance reasons, we may be obliged to close a site or facility (collective laundry, heated swimming pool, TV, WIFI, etc.). We cannot be held responsible for these events and no compensation can be requested.

7–Children: 

The stay is free for children under 3 years old. A cot, a baby bath, a high chair, a potty and a soup mixer are provided, on request and subject to availability.

8 – Visitors :

The residence is a private domain reserved for its customers. Anyone not appearing on the reservation is considered a visitor. As such, she must report to reception and obtain possible authorization to enter.

Admitted visitors are the responsibility of the tenants who receive them. Under no circumstances do they have access to the facilities of the residence and in particular to the swimming pool. The reception of visitors will only be permitted occasionally, and, in no case, for the entire duration of the stay.

If the number of occupants of the accommodation exceeds the capacity indicated by contract, when booking, we reserve the right to refuse additional people.

9 – Swimming Pool : 

Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parents. The residence declines all responsibility for accidents that may occur to children. Before entering the water, swimmers must take a shower. Wearing a swimsuit is obligatory, as are armbands for children and a diaper for the little ones.

Inflatable buoys and ball games that could disturb the peace and quiet of other swimmers are prohibited.

10 - Pets : 

For reasons of safety and hygiene our pet-friends are not allowed at the Residence. No animal may be brought into the rented accommodation under any circumstances.

11 – Vehicles : 

Washing vehicles with a jet of water or using a vacuum cleaner is prohibited. 

The charging of electric vehicles is prohibited in the accommodation. It must be done at the dedicated terminals. The charge is chargeable.

12. Reception

The reception times may vary depending on the season. They are displayed at the reception desk.

13 - Failure to respect the rules and regulations :

We reserve the right to terminate the rental contract immediately and without compensation in the following cases: if the accommodation is occupied by a greater number of people than that stated in the contract; if the occupants are the subject of complaints from the neighborhood for noise or non-compliance with the internal regulations of the residence; and for any degradation of common areas.
